explores the Practice of Healing from Trauma
Our intuitive capacity to heal from trauma is like a muscle. When we strengthen and surrender to it, our body will guide the gentle path of ease with less resistance towards healing.
Healing foundations include; a sacred environment, a safe internal calm body and mind, the will to heal, a community to share, our relationship with food, exercise, sleep and appropriate medicine for support.
Benefits to HEALING TRAUMA include:
Feeling safe in the body and in the community. Feeling seen and heard and developing compassion and non-judgement for self and others. Feeling good in your body. Feeling that you belong to your Tribe, your Belief systems, your Family and your-Self. Practicing healing can invent an emotional construct in the body and mind that from increases hope, energy and emotional balance.
How we are devoted to practicing our healing, creates the foundation for healing.
Uncovering our unconscious thoughts and belief patterns, will set us on the path of healing.
Moving beyond cognitive western models of healing, exists an intimate and interpersonal prescription to our understanding of healing in relationship to our mind, body and community.
